Celorio is a village by the sea with some of the most popular beaches in the eastern area of Asturias. They are quite different from each other: big, accesibles and crowded or small, hidden and lonely. Small islands and celtic villages are all along these beaches, which are separed by rock arms. The square towel of the Benedictine monastery of San Salvador guards from its arcades what used to be an area of fine sand, green meadows and rugged mountains. The National Park of Picos de Europa is quite near here as well as Llanes with its Roman Walls and its intense nightlife. Ideal area to do every kind of open air activities, such as sailing, hiking, golf, etc.
