Traditional Asturian house, with ´corredor´ (balcony) built at the end of the last century. It was renovated in 1995. It is located in the Council of Llanes, in the village of Los Carriles. Wonderful scenery. Peace. Tranquility. It is the perfect place to rest or to enjoy the nature, the coast and the mountains. It is 7 km far from Llanes, 30 km far from the National Park of Picos de Europa. We are near lots of interesting villages: Nueva, Posada (7 km); Llanes, Ribadesella (17 km); and many beaches from 7 to 20 km far. Activities: hiking, trekking, horse-riding, mountain bike, parachute, canoeing, 4*4, jet ski, scuba diving. There is also a rich gastronomy in the area: fish, meat, seafood, ´fabes´, cheese, cold meat, cider. Rich and varied folklore, specially during July, August and September.

Ground floor: kitchen-sitting room with chimney in a 30 square metres room and a fully-equipped bathroom. The construction is made of stone, brick and chestnut wood. There is also a chestnut wood stair. The kitchen has: gas stove, smoke extractor, washing machine, cupboard with kitchen utensils, crockery, fridge, iron. The sitting room has a sofa for three people, two armchairs, chimney, woodshed, TV and corner cupboard.

First floor: one single room with a 1,20 m bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chair; one double room with a 1,30 m bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chair; one twin room with two 1,05 mbeds, wardrobe, bedside tables and chair. The ceilings and floors are made of chestnut wood. There is also a big Asturian balcony (´corredor´).
