Exclusive and cozy Village House situated in one of the calmest places of the council of Llanes, the little village of Rabiaos. It has a full beautifull view to the Picos de Europa and Ardisana's Valley. Placed in a private estate, the house offers absolute intimacy and privacy for people who are looking for disconnecting of everything in a place surrounded by nature but with all the comforts and amenities. The house is situated in a very strategic spot from where it will be possible to meet the whole Asturian East Side. Llanes's beaches, world-famous for its beauty and wildness are only 15 minutes by car. Cangas de Onis, Covadonga and Cabrales are 20 minutes by car. But even if you don´t want to take the car nice and unforgettable walks in the surrounds it's an alternative.

It's a two store Village House. In the ground floor are situated the lounge with chimney, TV, and the kitchen. In the first are the bedroom, the toilet with a big bath and a separated shower tub. The privilege views can be seen from all the house big windows. Outside the house is surrounded by a big garden with trees and a full variety of plants, outdoor furniture, barbecue, and private parking; all in very good condition

The double bedroom is wide and has a king bed of 1.50. If needed there’s  also the possibility of a supplementary bed.
