La Pumarada is located in the village of Camoca, only 3 miles away from Villaviciosa, the capital of the council. In its restoration we have kept its old traditional materials (wood, stone), structure and decoration. We have tried our best to create a warm and cosy atmosphere so that you can enjoy a very special stay here. In the surrounding areas there are fields, apple trees and woods and the house has a backyard with a barbecue, a table and chairs to enjoy your meals in the outside.

Accesses:

If you come from Oviedo or from Gijón take the motorway A-64 towards Santander. Leave the motorway taking the exit 363 to Villaciosa after leaving behind the Tunnel of Fabares, if you come from Oviedo. If you come from Santander take also the exit 363 of the A-64. In Villaviciosa, take the road the road AS-113 to Oviedo. At around 1.2 miles from Villaviciosa take the road to the right that indicates ROZADAS. After around 0.3 miles of taking this road you will find a chapel to the right side of the road and just in front of the chapel, to the left, another road. Take that road. At around 0.3 miles from this road you will find a signpost that says LA RIEGA, follow that road and take the first road to the right indicated as VEGA. LA PUMARADA is located at the end of this road.
