Ancestral house from the beginning of the century, renovated, located in the Esva Valley, where the River slows down to flow into the sea in the Cueva Beach. Opposite the house stands Mount La Gubia, planted with pine and indigenous trees. Abundant fishing, hunting and natural produces.

The house has recently been renovated. It has a fully-equipped kitchen, sitting room, three bedrooms (one is a double room) and one bathroom. It also has a big terrace. Next to the house there is a farm with every kind of animals.
