La Collada is an old rural house, more than 100 years old, made of stone and wood and fully-renovated in its own rustic style. The building is located in a 250 Hectares (617,75 acres) country state (where you can rent horses and mountain bikes) with a big green area for the sole use of the customers, near a forest with indigenous trees and near the River Piloña (free fishing). There is also a ´horreo´ (Asturian construction to store the grain) and a ´lavadero´ (traditional open air sink). Wonderful views of Picos de Europa. There is also a recreative area, with barbacue, benches and wooden tables, for the sole use of the customers.

The farmhouse La Collada has two floors. The sitting-dining room, kitchen and a small toilet are in the ground floor. There is a sofa-bed for two people in the sitting-room. In the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both of them with fully-equipped bathroom and balcony. There is an arcade in the entrance and a ´escaño´ (traditional Asturian bench with folding table).

The house has two twin rooms, each one with its fully-equipped bathroom. All them have external views. There is a sofa-bed for two people in the ground floor.
