Description:

Small farmhouse, built at the middle of the XIX century, which has been fully renovated with stone and old wood in a rustic style. Located in a nice valley, between Mount Sueve and Mount Cayón. There are lots of meadows, forests and springs in the area, as well as the Sidrón Cave and you will also be able to enjoy the beauty and strengh of the ´asturcones´ (wild Asturian horses). Ideal for those who love the quietness and the nature in its purest and most traditional conditions.

Facilities:

The house has, in its ground floor, a very spacious kitchen-dining room. The stairs will lead you to the first floor, where you will find a sitting room with chimney with access to the galery, three double rooms, one of them with bathroom and one shared bathroom. Provided with all mod cons to make your stay very comfortable. Opposite the house there is a parking, a green area and fruit trees.

The rooms are very spacious and have the floors made of pottery and wooden ceilings. One of the bedrooms has bathroom and galery. From its windows you just will see the green colour of the nature that surrounds the house.

Take the N-634 (Oviedo-Santander) and a bit after Villamayor, take the diversion which goes to Borines and Colunga (AS- 259). When you get to the village of Valloval, take the road to Pintueles on your left (AS-258) and 900 metres further is La Cerezal II. It is in the second group of houses after Vallobal.
