This is a semi-detached house and is located in a 250 Hectares (617,75 acres) country state and 100 m. far from the River Piloña (free fishing). You can rent horses and mountain bikes. It is a very old house made of stone and wood, keeping its traditional style. There is a traditional ´horreo´ (Asturian construction to store the grain) and wonderful views of the Picos de Europa Mountains. There is a recreative area with barbecue, tables and benches near here, for the sole use of the customers.

Ardavín II is a two floors house. In the ground floor, made of stone and wood, you will find the sitting-dining room and a rustic kitchen, which is separated by an american bar and which has all the kitchenware that is necessary. In the first floor there are two double rooms - one of them with two 1.05 beds - and two fully-equipped bathrooms. Table and garden chairs outside the house.

The walls of the bedrooms are made of stone and the ceilings are made of wood, with visible beams. There are two double rooms, one of them with two 1.05 beds; each room has its own bathroom.
