This house is a two floors construction, that follows the traditional Asturian architecture and that has been renovated at the end of 1997. It is situated in the village of La Canal-Montes de Sevares, in the Council of Piloña (Asturias). This house is located on the eastern slopes of one of the low mountains where the Cantabrian Mountains finish and between the rivers Color (West) and the River Tendi (East). All this creates a mountanious scenery with areas of indigenous forests, scrubland, pasture or limestone areas. The village of La Canal has 15 residents and it is 6,5 km far from the N-634 (Oviedo Santander). Its privileged location allows you to enjoy the quietness and beauty of the mountains, to practice every kind of open air activities and, at the same time, to go to the beach (28 km far from Colunga and 33 from Ribadesella), or to visit other interesting tourist places, such as Cangas de Onís (24 km), National Park of Picos de Europa (30 km), or the National Park of Reres. This is the ideal place for those who love the nature in its most traditional and purest expression.

Casa Faza is a two floors old house that has been renovated with its traditional Asturian architectonic style. In the ground floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, sitting-dining room with chimney. There are also heating, TV and washing machine. There is a country state outside the house where there is a nice garden with its tables and barbecue.

There are two bedrooms in the first floor: one is a double room with access to a nice wooden balcony (´corredor´), typical of the Asturian architecture, and the other is a single room. There is also a fully-equipped bathroom.
