A stone house over 80 years old, it is sited in the centrel easten area of Asturias on the slop of the mountains of Penamayor. There are magnificent views and the location in ideal for resting calmly or for doing activities, such as Hiking , Horse riding, Fishing, Hunting, and Mountain Cycling,etc

Facilities:

After the house was totally modernized in 1999, it became a very comfortable and attractive little house .On the ground floor it has a living room / kitchen, and it is totally equipped: glass ceramic stove, microwave cooker, fridge, washing machine, electric heater, iron, coffer maker, toaster, beater, and everykind of kitchen utensil.The living room has a fireplace , TV, and video. Also on the ground is the bathroom. It has a spacious yard with a barbecue and a table with chairs for eating outdoors, as well as mountain bikes. One the top floor there is a single spacious double room with beautifully restored old furniture that is a genuine work of art. It is a beautiful well lit bedroom well equipped.

Accesses:

One reaches Nava by the Oviedo to Santandar N-634 road. Once in Nava, take the right hand turn to Bimenes and Pola de Laviana. Some 200m away take the crossing to the left beside the chemist´s. Take the next road on the left which leads to a junction with a road side on the right to Piloneta . After 300m one reaches Pandu, where one takes the second path on the left and after a further 300m we reach La Figar.
